Important Information
Dates are reserved only with a signed contract and a down payment of 33% of total contracted price. One-half of the unpaid contract balance is due (60) days before the event date, and the remaining balance is due (30) days before the scheduled event date. Walk-In Wedding payments are due at the contract signing.
All down payments are non-refundable but may be transferrable (1) time in the event of an emergency.
- Whitestone Celebrations can comfortably accommodate 85 guests in a theater style in the Chapel Hall
- A refundable security deposit of $300.00 is required for all events , and the Client is responsible for any and all damages to facility during the contracted event.
- We allow only non-alcoholic beverages. ¨
- For Weddings, the Bride and Groom are responsible to obtain and present their marriage license to the minister prior to the ceremony.
- Where noted, prices exclude sales tax (8.0%), service charge (15%) and may be subject to change without notice.
- All deposits are non-refundable. If you can't have your wedding on the scheduled date, then you may move your wedding up to an available date (1) one time with no penalty. If you need to postpone to a later date, there is a $275 Change Fee and you may only book a new date within three months of that new date. If you cancel or postpone your agreed date it will cost you substantially.
